Peter E Gilkes & Company was established January 1st 1990 and is an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors, Property Consultants, Valuers and Estate Agents practising from our showroom offices in Chorley Town Centre.

We are a family run practise providing coverage to Chorley, Leyland, Preston and the Wigan area providing property related professional services.

Our website gives you information about the services and facilities that we offer to vendors, purchasers, landlords and tenants, both residential and commercial.

All of our current properties for Sale and to Let are published on our website. We advertise businesses for sale and investment opportunities. If you want to purchase agricultural land or building plots, these are also advertised on the site.
